David the Gnome was a cartoon that my sister and I watched in the late 80's and early 90's.

When I moved to the Netherlands, I learned that David the Gnome was also a childrens character.

These little figures were left behind in the garden of my in-laws flat. I'm compelled to photograph them in different poses whenever I'm over for a visit.
